What Does Your Company Actually Do?

We run empowerment seminars for professional men and women in 19 countries throughout the world. We source the most qualified speakers who have achieved varying levels of success in the professional and personal arena, to bring practical and proven strategies over a 2-Day period to provide valuable insight, knowledge and clarity for those who are looking to improve themselves and their environment.

How Do Your Seminars Work?

We conduct 2-Day Empowerment Retreats at reputable hotel locations throughout the world. These may include Marriott, Hyatt, Aloft, Sheraton, and other quality hotels where our attendees will have the option to enjoy a reduced rate to stay for the weekend. Our intention is to create a “retreat” type of environment whereby our attendees can take a weekend to focus solely on themselves, their purpose, and how to overcome their challenges.

Our interactive seminars allow the attendees to ask questions, break out into group sessions, schedule coaching time with the speakers and staff, and create a personal and professional growth plan for their businesses and their personal lives. During our seminars, we present questions that have been asked by the attendees prior to the event to ensure that the information presented is both relevant in content and practical in application. Our speakers bring a minimum of a decade of experience mastering the techniques and strategies presented at the event to ensure unlimited value is gained. A sample outline is below:

What Is Your Company History?

Leadership Gold was founded in 2004 by Jerel Benjamin initially to help companies create environments for success in their businesses. However, as time went on and the organization continued to evolve, it became apparent that the relationship between the professional and personal worlds was becoming extremely complex. Those successful in business were having more and more difficulty being successful at home, and vise-versa. Therefore Leadership became an issue that needed discussion on both platforms as Leadership Gold continued to expand its reach into Europe and Australia. Now Leadership Gold has clients in 19 countries and advises professionals in over 50 industries worldwide.
